Crew Member position requires the following competencies and abilities among others:

• Ability to communicate well with customers.

• Attention to detail.

• Has basic knowledge of landscaping.

• Capable of labor intensive work.

In this position specific responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the on-time and complete delivery of services to all assigned properties.

• Showing special care for company vehicles and equipment.

• Building healthy relationships with management, and team members.

• Communicate effectively through detailed and proactive reporting to operations and management.

• The ability to complete assigned tasks by the crew leader.

Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift up to 90 pounds on a routine basis.

• Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis.

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

• Perform tasks as directed from work order and crew leader. 

• Perform tasks such as mulching, weeding, trimming, grading, trenching, planting, sod installation, irrigation, and hardscape work (patio and retaining wall installation). Experience is a plus, not required as training is available.

• Must wear work boots, provided Buffalo Hardscapes shirt, and present yourself in a clean and professional manner.

• Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment.

• Must comply with Buffalo Hardscapes policies and procedures.
