Crew Member / Laborer
Key Roles and Responsibilities: The key roles and responsibilities of a crew member is to complete projects as specified on the work order, and to assist in any other way the crew leader sees best fit in order to complete the project in a timely fashion.
Skills: Self-accountable; Communication; Landscape Knowledge and Work Capabilities.
What You Need To Be Successful: Ensure the on-time and complete delivery of services to all assigned properties, while building healthy relationships with customers, management, and team members.
Sales / Estimator
Overview: The key roles and responsibilities of an estimator is to prepare accurate and detailed estimates for landscape projects, considering all relevant factors, and seal the deal with the client.
Skills: Communication; Sales; Organization skills; Budgeting; Estimating; Decision Making; Teamwork; Documentation Skills.
What You Need To Be Successful: Draft and send detailed estimates in a timely manner, follow up with prospects to close deals, and schedule jobs into the calendar. Maintain contact with crew leader regarding questions from the estimate/work order.
Crew Leader
Overview: The key roles and responsibilities of a crew leader is to complete projects as specified on the work order, and to manage crew members and the job site while leading by example.
Skills: Leadership; Communication; Landscape Knowledge and Work Capabilities.
What You Need To Be Successful: Ensure the on-time and complete delivery of services to all assigned properties, while building healthy relationships with customers, management, and team members.
